Providing strategic and program support for Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) employee engagement needs, our customer was able to stand up, train, and manage an entirely new Employee Engagement Network. This work promotes the overall wellbeing of VA employees and ultimately results in better care for veterans.
Results from employee surveys and metrics indicate a significant increase in employees' satisfaction and dedication to their jobs. An effective change management plan ensured there was knowledge and enthusiastic buy-in for the coming changes at all levels of the enterprise.
Department of Veterans Affairs - Human Resources and Administration (HR&A) Contract Oversight and Integration Management (COIM)
640 provides Portfolio, Program, and Project Management services to the HR&A Office of Management Planning and Analysis (MP&A). Our team supports enterprise planning and architecture, capital planning and investment, resource management, and transition and change management. The work is helping HR&A to establish and enhance core competencies in planning, executing, and sequencing their projects. This results in better working conditions for HR&A employees.
The enhanced portfolio and program management model is enabling HR&A to maintain a continuous flow of successful projects from conception to completion. In addition, the organization is improving governance, acquisition, communications, cross-project integration, performance management, and cost control.
